1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LIVOO Live ("Service"), operated by LIVOO Tecnologia Ltda., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LIVOO Live is an AI-powered live commerce platform that enables users to broadcast live video streams simultaneously to multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch), manage product catalogs, process payments, and engage audiences through interactive features including chat, auctions, polls, and gamification.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Third-Party Platform Integration
LIVOO Live connects to third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch) via their official APIs. By connecting your accounts, you authorize LIVOO to access and use your streaming credentials solely for the purpose of simulcasting your live broadcasts. You remain subject to each platform's own terms of service.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) broadcast content that infringes intellectual property rights; (c) transmit harmful, abusive, or obscene content; (d) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service infrastructure; (e) resell access without authorization.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in BRL (R$). Refunds follow Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC). You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
All LIVOO branding, software, and technology are owned by LIVOO Tecnologia Ltda. Content you broadcast remains yours. By using the Service, you grant LIVOO a limited license to process and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
LIVOO is not liable for interruptions in third-party platform services, loss of revenue from streaming downtime outside our control, or content you broadcast. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@livoo.live.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
