LIVOO Tecnologia Ltda. ("LIVOO", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use LIVOO Live, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei 13.709/2018).

2. Data We Collect

We collect: (a) Account data: name, email, phone number; (b) Payment data: processed securely via Stripe/Mercado Pago (we do not store card numbers); (c) Platform credentials: OAuth tokens for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch — stored encrypted and used solely for simulcasting; (d) Usage data: streaming analytics, chat interactions, purchase history; (e) Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) connect to third-party streaming platforms on your behalf; (d) provide AI-powered features (copilot, recommendations); (e) send transactional communications; (f) comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data only with: (a) Payment processors (Stripe, Mercado Pago) for transaction processing; (b) Streaming platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch) as authorized by you; (c) Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting; (d) Legal authorities when required by law. We never sell your personal data.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256. We implement access controls, regular security audits, and follow industry best practices. Data is retained for the duration of your account plus 5 years as required by Brazilian tax law.

6. Your Rights (LGPD)

Under the LGPD, you have the right to: (a) confirm the existence of data processing; (b) access your data; (c) correct incomplete or inaccurate data; (d) anonymize, block, or delete unnecessary data; (e) data portability; (f) delete personal data processed with consent; (g) revoke consent at any time. Your data may be processed in servers located outside Brazil. We ensure adequate protection through contractual clauses and compliance with LGPD requirements for international transfers.
